Binary Number System

A Binary Number is made up of only 0s and 1s.

Example of a Binary Number

There is no 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 in Binary!

A “bit” is a single binary digit. The number above has 6 bits.

Binary numbers have many uses in mathematics and beyond.

In fact the digital world uses binary digits.

How do we Count using Binary?

It is just like counting in decimal except we reach 10 much sooner.

Binary
0 We start at 0
1 Then 1
. But then there is no symbol for 2 . what do we do?
Well how do we count in Decimal?
0 Start at 0
. Count 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, and then.
9 This is the last digit in Decimal
1 0 So we start back at 0 again, but add 1 on the left

The same thing is done in binary .

•• 1 0 Now start back at 0 again, but add 1 on the left

•••• . But NOW what . ?
What happens in Decimal?
99 When we run out of digits, we .
100 . start back at 0 again, but add 1 on the left

And that is what we do in binary .

. but that number is already at 1 so it also goes back to 0 .

Position

In the Decimal System there are Ones, Tens, Hundreds, etc

In Binary there are Ones, Twos, Fours, etc, like this:

This is 1×8 + 1×4 + 0×2 + 1 + 1×(1/2) + 0×(1/4) + 1×(1/8)
= 13.625 in Decimal

Numbers can be placed to the left or right of the point, to show values greater than one and less than one.

10.1
The number to the left of the point is a whole number (such as 10)
As we move further left, every number place
gets 2 times bigger.
The first digit on the right means halves (1/2).
As we move further right, every number place
gets 2 times smaller (half as big).

Example: 10.1

  • The “10” means 2 in decimal,
  • The “.1” means half,
  • So “10.1” in binary is 2.5 in decimal

Words

The word binary comes from “Bi-” meaning two. We see “bi-” in words such as “bicycle” (two wheels) or “binocular” (two eyes).

When you say a binary number, pronounce each digit (example, the binary number “101” is spoken as “one zero one”, or sometimes “one-oh-one”). This way people don’t get confused with the decimal number.

A single binary digit (like “0” or “1”) is called a “bit”.

For example 11010 is five bits long.

How to Show that a Number is Binary

To show that a number is a binary number, follow it with a little 2 like this: 1012

This way people won’t think it is the decimal number “101” (one hundred and one).

Examples

Example: What is 11112 in Decimal?

  • The “1” on the left is in the “2×2×2” position, so that means 1×2×2×2 (=8)
  • The next “1” is in the “2×2” position, so that means 1×2×2 (=4)
  • The next “1” is in the “2” position, so that means 1×2 (=2)
  • The last “1” is in the ones position, so that means 1
  • Answer: 1111 = 8+4+2+1 = 15 in Decimal

Example: What is 10012 in Decimal?

  • The “1” on the left is in the “2×2×2” position, so that means 1×2×2×2 (=8)
  • The “0” is in the “2×2” position, so that means 0×2×2 (=0)
  • The next “0” is in the “2” position, so that means 0×2 (=0)
  • The last “1” is in the ones position, so that means 1
  • Answer: 1001 = 8+0+0+1 = 9 in Decimal

Example: What is 1.12 in Decimal?

  • The “1” on the left side iaas in the ones position, so that means 1.
  • The 1 on the right side is in the “halves” position, so that means 1×(1/2)
  • So, 1.1 is “1 and 1 half” = 1.5 in Decimal

Example: What is 10.112 in Decimal?

  • The “1” is in the “2” position, so that means 1×2 (=2)
  • The “0” is in the ones position, so that means 0
  • The “1” on the right of the point is in the “halves” position, so that means 1×(1/2)
  • The last “1” on the right side is in the “quarters” position, so that means 1×(1/4)
  • So, 10.11 is 2+0+1/2+1/4 = 2.75 in Decimal

Binary Trading made simple

Simple Binary Trading

Hihi, I did some test on Binary with my system.

Pairs involve: EU,GU,UJ,EJ,GJ

Basically I use 2 MT4 terminal, 1 is for M5 charts, another is for M15 charts

Basically what I did is, first I confirm the trend of the day by look at Day Open against current price. (Thanks Udine of 00level trading)

If price is below day open, I will conclude trend is downside.

Next I did some charting.

Basically I use sonic classic charting to see the price flow, and genesis m5 (modified a bit..) to see the entry with trend line.

Both system are quite easy to learn.

M15 to confirm general trend (sonic classic style)
M5 to confirm entry

I play binary of 10 minutes expiration, the payout is 84-85%, and I got some Risk Free Trade offer from my broker.

So I am generally playing risk free as that risk free trade limit to only 1 trade, and I happen to win it.

So this is my binary stats for the day

I using Fibonacci calculation for my entry amount..

24 29 65 141 315 etc.. most of the time I hit 3 lose streak at most and only once, but well, its still easy.

So what I did to make this money

This thread is create for extra information on making money with Forex.

However you need to know about Sonic Classic & Genesis system, or perhaps some short Time frame system to be successful.

Good to know some others are interested in Binary can I ask where you got the ATR projection indicator that is on your chart Could you share it.

Today result as I place 1 trade during NY and saw it was 77% payout, win and stop playing.

Just open few more after London Open . Result seems good.

Could you maybe post your rules for entry and exit along with how you tale your profits As a new binary guy I would love to learn some techniques especially those that involve an 85% win rate.

I not at home to monitor my trading. Will post more explanation later.

Today my equity up again. In 3 binary day trading. My account equity up by roughly 3 times.
My win rate around 75%

My entries amount is fibo like

As payout is 84 to 85 percent at my broker

i do first entry at 50 . If 50 lose i do 60 which return 60+50 on win

If lose again i go for 130 or so.

You can say its martingale alike

1, 1, 3 but the highest is 130 for my entry

if 130 lose i will go for 60 again to clear my 50 loss
Then 50 or 60 again.

Sometime things get really ugly and unlucky. So i dont wanna
Lose all my money in 1 session. As the win rate is pretty high
I rather target a profit lets say 10 to 20% of my equity and stop trading
For that london/ ny session.

Regards how i trade

I use m1 chart. I draw s/r , trend line n genesis chart

For m15 chart i do sonic to get the general trend idea.

On January 9, 2020 I opened an on-line Binary trading

1) I can trace this site as a binary broker only back to August 1, 2020. So the site is fairly new. According to its WHOIS, the site registration is going to expire on June 13, 2020.

2) Its IP address traces to the US where almost all binary trading is illegal. YOu can go to a site such as www.domaintools.com to see the WHOIS for yourself.

3) The contact information on the website consists of email and phone support only. There’s no address and no way to find out who and where they really are to check their legitimacy.

4) The company phone numbers would suggest that they are based in the UK, but their site registration information is using a private company in the Seychelles. The small print on their home page indicates that they are Eur Investment Ltd. However, Companies House, the government agency that keeps the annual business records and tax filings for all UK companies, says that Eur Investment Ltd is a dormant company. The address is virtual and not actual.

5) Neither United Options nor Eur Investments Ltd is regulated or registered by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority.

6) Here’s everything else you need to know about binary trading:

It is strictly unlawful to trade binary options in the US unless you are doing it through a brokerage that has agreed to accept oversight by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. A so-called brokerage who is not regulated by the CFTC cannot lawfully trade here, and you can’t lawfully trade here with them either.

This company is not regulated by the CFTC. You can see for yourself which options brokers are or aren’t legal over here by doing a search here.

The ones who are regulated by foreign financial regulatory authorities such as ASIC, the FCA or CySec do not allow US investors to open up accounts because they know it is illegal over here. UnitedOptions is NOT regulated by any financial regulatory authority anywhere. Almost all completely unregulated binary brokers are out and out frauds.

You were attracted no doubt by this company’s tempting potential investment returns, but when binary brokers are completely unregulated and are operating outside of legal channels, anything goes. Your contract with them and their promises are meaningless because they can and do make their own rules.

Does that mean you would be without remedy if you ignore these facts? No. There’s always a remedy.

If they won’t respond to your messages, you can sue them for fraud and the breach of their agreement with you or you can pursue them criminally. But the problem is that you have to find them to be able to exercise those remedies. Finding them is going to be a job for law enforcement because they can be anybody anywhere in the world.
